Acronis Backup 12.5 No backups after activating SSL
Hello,
I have two ESXi hosts.
I deployed the Acronis ESX appliance, created a backup plan for the VMs and tested it.
It all worked.
Then i activated SSL for the Managment Console
After that if i run a backup plan, i get the following error:
Cannot check the license due to a connection issue with the management server.
If i disable SSL, it all work again.
We have to upgrade to ESXi 6.5 in the next couple of weeks and need a solution.
And disabling SSL is not a solution for us.
Best regards

Hello Viktor,
This needs to be investigated, if you wish to follow through the process.
If possible, could you please open the C:\Program Files\Acronis\ApiGateway\api_gateway.json file and change the "level" value to "debug" instead of error.
Then activate SSL again, reproduce the issue, collect a system report (click the main AMS "Acitivties" tab in the right-hand menu and then click on "Collect system information of the management server"
I will send you an upload link for the report.
(please don't forget to return the logging level to error).

Hello Igor,
i don't know what i did different this time, but the backup plans now are running with SSL turned on.
I also created new backup plans and they work too.
But what i noticed is that after i turned on SSL i can't mount new NFS shares.
If i try to mount a new share i get the following error:
