TrueImage 2010 does not detect HighPoint RocketRaid 620 drives

Hi,

I am trying to clone the C drive connected to a standard motherboard SATA controller onto mirror RAIDed hard drives connected to a HighPoint RocketRaid 620 controller using TrueImage Home 2010 bootable CD.

TrueImage appears to not support the HighPoint 620 card. When I boot the PC using the TrueImage disc, I receive a message that more than one hard drive is required to use TrueImage and the HighPoint connected drives do not appear in the drive list.

Is it possible to clone drives connected to this RAID controller? Is this controller classified as a 'software' RAID even though it's a hardware card?

Additionally, I am using the bootable TrueImage ISO image downloaded from the My Downloads section of the site, dated 1 April 2010.
