Problems with Mobile Backup after Updating froim ATI2017 to ATI 2018
After upgrading from ATI2017 to ATI 2018 the mobile backup interrupts with the error message "Warten auf erneute Verbindung des Mobilgerätes". Several attempts always ended at 87% progress of the process. The WLAN-router reports a proper connection. There is no storage overflow of the target harddrive. The mobile shows the message "Anwendung Acroins Mobile reagiert nicht. Schließen?".
In the meanwhile I completely deinstalled both, ATI2018 from my PC as well as the App from my mobile and installed the two applications once more. The interruption at 87% still occurs.
With ATI2017 I never had problems like this. What can I do else. What could be the Problem?

I only backup my mobile devices to the Cloud (all iOS) so I can only speculate on possible issues. As I understand it somewhere along the way Acronis changed the default location for these backups - they were being assigned to drive M now they are somewhere in the user directory. There is an outside possibility that there is an old registry setting that is causing the issue, but I would have expected the problem to have appeared immediately rather than at 87% - although I have noticed with iOS that it speeds to about 87% then is slower in the rest of the process ... possibly the actual backing up, the earlier part of the process identifying the changes that have occurred since the last backup.
