Acronis Snap Deploy 5 not saving image to NFS mapped drive

Hello all,

I am doing some tests for a P2P migration and basically we need to save images taken with Acronis Snap Deploy 5 into a NFS shared drive in Windows Server 2008 R2. When we try to enter the NFS credentials in Acronis, it does not accept it. However Windows does map the shared NFS drive and we are able to read, write and delete into the mapped drive with the proper credentials at Windows level.

I have tried with the form nfs://<servername>/<share>:/ taken from Acronis Backup article https://kb.acronis.com/content/48020 but it does not work either.

Any clue if NFS is supported or not at all with ASD5?

Thanks in advance!

is this on a domain?

If so you need to map the share as

\\Domain\IPaddress\sharename

or

\\Domain\servername\sharename

if the share is locked down, you may have to map directly to it.  To make things easy in my environment, we opened the full path to the share so that you could connect to the root folder and step through the folders all the way there.  Only do that as long as the path doesn't have any data that could be at risk doing this.  Might help if you put your software share on the root of your server drive to simplify things so it's the first step.
