NSB will not start

Thread needs solution

I cannot get NSB running, when I try to start it I get the message ' An error occurred while opening Acronis NonStop Backup session'

Difficult to say what is going on. I suggest you download the MVP Log View and inspect the relevant log. You can download it either by the links in this thread or through the tools section of ATI 2018; Tools, Other Tools, Community Tools.

Thank you both for your comments, I have downloaded the Log Viewer and will examine it. I have also informed Technical Support.

"Ian, the link in your post above is rather strange and doesn't lead to a valid webpage." Yes, definitely something amiss. Using Microsoft Edge the active page gave that warning and the correct page loaded in a new tab. I recreated the link and it now seems to be working.

PS Only using Edge because Chrome in not playing nicely with the Forum. Found the solution to that problem, it was the zoom setting (set to high).

Thanks Ian, glad the issue with Chrome is resolved - never liked using MS Edge and rarely change the zoom settings in Chrome.
