I wish to end my trial and not continue with system with no future withdraw from my bank'

Thread needs solution

I'm using the free trail version, but my drive crashed and when I tried to contact for help...impossible to find a way...so I don't wish to use the software or have it collect monies in the future when trial period is over...the new drive does not have the software installed.  Kind regards

Did you switch from the Trial version to a Full version prior to your drive crash as outlined HERE

If not then there should not be any charges to you.  If you did switch to the Full version then you would need to contact Aconis Support to resolve the issue.

The trial version has limited capabilities.  Please refer to:

If you made a backup of the disk that crashed, using the trial version, then the only way to restore the backup to the new drive is to use bootable media.
