Cannot set SQL credentials after reinstalling agent

I am unable to set SQL credentials (Windows authentication) after reinstalling the Acronis agent.  I am entering the correct credentials as I also have SQL Management open while I am trying to set the Acronis credentials.  Can someone help me?

Will you be able to advise to any errors you are receiving?

As well as info on the following:

1. Did you uninstall the agent and selected the option to remove logs and history?

2. Are you creating a new backup plan or using an existing backup plan?

3. Does the user you are authenticating with have sufficient privilege to authenticate against the SQL databases?

4. What agent version are you on?
