Hello nemogy,

Thank you for posting. I will do my best to assist you.

If our software for some reason cannot pull your DHCP server automatically, there is a way to provide the information manually.

Please check page 45 of the User Guide for more details and if you have additional questions, please let me know.

Thank you.

Thank you for answer. My trouble it isn't DHCP service, when snap deploy agent is booting on HP 500B MT he doesn't see cable in network card. If I do lan setting in snap deploy agent manually it's not work. I think it's trouble driver network card by HP500B MT, network card chipset Realtek RTL-8169, Acronis work with this network card incorrect. I need in last version Image Utility (Bootable Media Disk) http://forum.acronis.com/forum/9021 . How i can get thise iso-image with including correct driver for RTL-8169? I have only trial version Snap deploy 3 for PC, questions by purchasing licensing is very actually and now they deciding by my boss.

Hello nemogy,

Thank you for replying.

We can try updating the bootable components. You can then try deploying through the PXE Server or re-create the bootable media one more time and check if your network card is detected.

If it is not, then please collect this report and contact our Support team. I am certain that we will be able to resolve this issue. With a trial version we offer 30 days free technical support.

I will send you a private message with the details in a few minutes.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you.
