TI-Fan,
When you say True Image 11 do you mean version 11 or version 2011?
What build number is your True Image?
I remember some one having a similar problem with 2010, I'll see if I can remember what the answer was.

Hi,
I've the same problem since today... I think there are major problems at Acronis!
Can some Acronis support guys post a statement here?

I have had the same problem since 2010-09-10. Also, I can not login to the online backup from the Acronis website or from Acronis Online Backup on my desktop. I have contacted support 2 times and sent my log info and system info...but not heard back yet. If anyone else has a solution please post. Thanks.

The error went away for me on Monday. To me it looked like a connectivity problem. Your firewall isnt blocking it by any chance is it?

Actually, the error "current CA certificate expired" is not my exact message, in my haste to find a resolution I saw the word certificate and saw what I wanted to see I guess. When I try to login using the Acronis website to my online backup, the website responds that it is currently unavailable...has been for weeks.
When I try to login to the online backup locally, I first get an error "no such user", then when I try again I get "Failed to find the user account on the certification server..." At the same time I have an email alert from Acronis stating that the backup completed with errors...
1 Error 9/15/2010 12:00:06 AM No such script '[I removed the serialized number in case it should be private]'.
2 Warning 9/15/2010 12:00:06 AM Failed to process pair script:[I removed the serialized number in case it should be private].
3 Error 9/15/2010 12:00:07 AM Operation has completed with errors.
Guess I will have to keep searching for an answer. Very frustrating.

Mark,
Sounds like the scheduler has become corrupted.
I'm not sure though whether the normal fix for when this happens will work with OLB.
What i think you need to do is run the Acronis Task Zapper and remove the script mentioned in your log above. The problem is this will delete all your tasks.
The other 'fix' with TI itself is to download the latest scheduler and install it, again whether this will work with OLB I'm unsure.
