Agent update jobs stuck at 0%

Hello,

Some weeks ago I installed the SP1 for our Acronis Backup Advanced 12.5 installation.

I wanted to update the installed agents from the management console but unfortunately these jobs are stuck at 0%.

So I went up updating these agents manually..

 

But the old update jobs are still displayed as active in the management console under Overview -> Activities.

When I try to cancel I get the following error message:

TOL: An activity with ID = 'C0A1321C-FD35-4850-8CB6-7DB1EC042AA4' cannot be found.

I also restarted the Acronis Management server but the jobs are still there.

How do I get rid of these jobs???

Hi,

The jobs hanging on 0% are likely present in one of the internal databases of Acronis Management Server and they can be cleaned up with help from our support team (there is special "DML" explorer tool for this purpose which is quite complicated though). Please refer to this thread in your support request and mention the following Acronis internal ID: TTASK-20528 - that's where support team can find exact instructions for troubleshooting.
