I can't success to install but the AcronisManagementConsole
ABR(11345) was be installed in A server, but I want to migrate it to another server.
I uninstalled it in A server and then I install it(11639) in B server. But I can't success to install but the AcronisManagementConsole. I had import license before install in B server.
However, I have the license of advance server(1), advance workstation(3) and UR(3).
Is my case relation to the license?

Pls. help me what's worng with the failure that I install the AcronisManagementConsole.

the B server did not install old version before, but I had reinstlled it(ABR ver11639) at least 3 times.

You do have the correct user permissions for Server B?
Check the group policy for Server B.

What Server OS is being used?
I don't have mine set up on a Server, so I can't try out your problem. Have you raised a support ticket with Acronis? The support lasts a year from purchase.

I will definitely help you with this issue.
It is caused by the timounter component which is responsible for browsing backups. Most likely there was a previous version installed and the current one fails to install over it. Please use the following solution:
1. Delete Acronis Backup Archive Explorer manually as described in Removing Acronis Backup Archive Explorer;
2. Reboot your system;
3. Re-attempt the installation.
If you continue to experience problems, please contact our Support team directly so that we can resolve this. Please include these two reports:
1. AcronisInfo.
2. Msi Log.
