Acronis Backup 12.5 Advanced

Thread needs solution

Is it possible to create a backup plan to have separate incremental and full backup .tibx files like we have in Acronis Backup 12 .tib files?

I can only see  one consolidated file which includes full and incremental backups in Acronis backup Advanced 12.5

Hello Marek,

Yes it is possible. Select Backup options > Backup format > Version 11 and the "Custom" or "Weekly full, Daily incremental" backup scheme.

The Help says: Also, use this format (with any backup scheme except for Always incremental (single-file)) if you want full, incremental, and differential backups to be separate files.

http://dl.managed-protection.com/u/backup/help/12.5/user/en-US/index.ht…

Selecting Version 12 with the "Custom" or "Weekly full, Daily incremental" backup schemes will also result in multiple files, but each file will consist of a backup chain starting from a full or differential backup. For example:

File1 = Full + inc1 + inc2 +..+ inc6

File2 = Diff + inc1 + inc2 +..+ inc6

File3 = Full + inc1 + inc2 +..+ inc6

Hello,

Currently I'm evaluating this Acronis Backup Advanced 12.5. It's seems great when it comes to backing up whole system and restoring it to a different laptop, except the audio driver. After I checked the restored laptop the audio was not installed. My clients OS is Windows 10. Is there any fixed on this issue

I already tried this steps.

-reinstall the Realtek Audio Driver

-Update Windows 10

Thank you in advance :)

Hello Ian,

Welcome to Acronis forums! Please raise a new discussion (go to https://forum.acronis.com/forum/acronis-business-products-discussions/a… and click on Create new topic), as this is a completely different issue.

I'd also recommend taking a read of the following thread, where a similar issue has been resolved.

Thank you!
