Having massive could not find ...xxxx shit issues that I want to have resolved

Thread needs solution

I have been paying for this "PROTECTION" in major execlemation marks since the last time I had to use a rebuild it was back a year even though I used a monthly backup....yeah....your shitty solution didn't tell me that the backups were not valid even though I asked them to check.....so now I am stuck at:acronis ass.png

Welcome to these User Forums but excuse me that I will not repeat the name you chose for your user profile here!

If you wish to gain help from other users here (we MVP's are also just users too, not employees or paid by Acronis) then I would suggest moderation in how you approach the forums.

The error message you posted the screen image for, 'Cannot find version 163' is most commonly given because users have deleted backup files outside of using the 'Automatic Cleanup' methods provided in the application.  This leaves information in the Acronis Database about those deleted backups that causes these error messages.

The way around this problem is to perform any Recovery using the Acronis bootable Rescue Media (which does not care about the information in the Database), or else to run a Validation for the backup task that created the files and take the Ignore option for each & every error message about missing files.
