Hi

Upgraded to V11 because I thought the new version nsb would work .

It always seems to be paused? is this correct and does it start up at a specific time? or is it my luck that whenever I look it is paused.

I've set the backup path to an external terrabyte usb drive does this have a hidden partition because I cant see any data on it apart from my initial system backup.

Running W7 64 bit

Ian,

I'm assuming you mean ATI2011 and non-stop backup since you can only pause one of those. You should be able to start it from the main screen under My Backups by clicking the Start button for the on-line backup.

No idea what you may have on the external drive, TI will not have created a partition, let alone a hidden one.
