Snap Deploy UniversalRestore Will Not Install

I have SnapDeploy 3.0 installed.
I have the Licensing Server installed.
I have OS Deploy Server installed.
I have PXE Server installed

I have successfully deployed images to new machines using the PXE server.

I am attempting to install the Universal Restore, to give that a go, but it keeps telling me that OS Deploy Server needs to be installed. It is.

The contents of my C:\Program Files\Acronis\OSDeployServer is ds_invoker.exe

I have uninstalled OS Deploy Server and reinstalled it making sure I used the IP Address as my License Server.

My License Server currently has 10 available Universal Deploy licenses.

The two files we received from Acronis are:
SnapDeploy2.0UniversalRestore_s_en.exe SnapDeploy3.0_s_en.exe (I installed this one first, and installed the 4 main components in order (mgt console, license server, os deploy, pxe)

Please help.

I am haveing the same issue. I have used the add components wizard and it says the installation of deploy os was sucessful. I still can't get the unversal deploy to install.

I have been struglling with deployment in labs where all the machines are identicle, but maybe half the machines will get an image sucessfully. We are using intel pro 100 nic and I am hoping that being able to add the drivers via universal deploy will help. At least that what I wass told by a tech at acronis.
please help, I now have a lab that is not usable.

SOLVED

The issues is that the version of Universal Deploy they sent was version 2. It must be version 4 or it will not work.

Clay it looks like you got the same version of Universal Deploy they sent me.

Hope this get your issue resolved.
