Cannot remove NSB entry in list of backups

Thread needs solution

I like NSB and always install it, unfortunately I installed it before Acronis provided a fix for it, so although it does not affect my operations it is annoying not to be able to delete it. Immediately above it is the fully functioning NSB entry. Even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't get rid of the non-functioning entry.

You might try disabling the afcdpsrv.exe using Windows Task Manager then see if you can delete the NSB from the list.

Thank you for your suggestion, unfortunately it didn't work.

Visit the link HERE

Use Windows Task Manager to disable all Processes and Services found in the link above.

Once these are disabled navigate to C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts

You can double click on the script files found here to open them.  Locate the one associated with the nonstop backup and once you have found it delete that script.

When you have completed the deletion then shutdown your computer (power off).  After power down is complete start the computer again.  This will start all disabled Processes and Services again and the nonstop task should be gone.

Thank you again but I uninstalled, including NSB and associated backups and re-installed. It is now gone. Thank you.
