Thread needs solution

What is the executbable in 2011 that will run a task? IN older versions of ATI , you could call
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\TrueImage\TrueImageService.exe /Script:"[scriptfilename]"

to execute a task.

What's the equivalent in ATI2011?

Scott,
I used the new task option to create a shortcut on my desktiop and this is what it created. I don't know why Acrois created this shortcut without the usual 2nd set of quations marks. This may take some testing to see how a batch or command file works with several of these tasks inside one instruction file. I double checked and this is an exact paste. This is XP Pro.

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\TrueImageHomeNotify.exe" /script:50BEBC4F-0DE0-486E-88EC-DC766F7F6E4A

Thanks, Grover.

I don't think that's it but it pointed me to the exe. Trueimagehomeservice.exe is located in that same directory. Unfortunately, ati2011 seems to be doing something diff with tasks such that the tis files don't seem to be able to be run by using one as the parameter when calling
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\TrueImageHome\TrueImageHomeService.exe" /script:["scriptname"]

I've played around with including/excluding the quote marks and doesn't seem to help. I'll keep working on it.

It appears that whenever one edits a "task" there are two scripts files updated.
