Hello,
why backup information store adding second incremental, and can't remove it , I scheduled Full backup once a week and incrementel other days, however Automatically adding second incremental 07:00PM, please check the file I sent you, my incremental is 12:10:40 PM , the second is 07:00:00 PM can't remove it

Unfortunately from the information provided it's not quite obvious what caused the issue, so this situation requires investigation.

Most probably this is some scheduler glitch. We can try manually deleting of the task, just, please, follow these instructions: 

  1. Download Acronis Scheduler Manager. Open command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd); run schedmgr.exe and issue the following command:
    task zap
    This will erase all traces of all the tasks.
  2. Update Scheduler as mentioned in this article
  3. Reboot the machine
  4. Recreate the tasks

Should the issue persist, we will need some additional diagnostic data for localising the issue. Could you please gather the following information from the problem machine? 

  1. Exact name and build of the product you're using
  2. Acronis Info

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.

My Problem solved I deleted the tasks and recreate back,
the version we have version 1.0 (build83) everything is fine but I have problem
is it possible to overwrite fullbackup on existing one ? because my external hard almost fill up, so what I m doing is copy last week fullbackup with incremental Files to DVD.
I want your opinion as expert better solution
