Issue with MME.exe in build 8850?
Hi,
I've recently updated the agent installed on a couple of Win 10 Pro x64 1709 PC to 8850 and almost every day, when first logging into the desktop, the Backup Monitor reports that "An internal error has occurred" and scheduled backups don't start.
I have to restart the running mms.exe service for the backup agent to wake up.
No activity in the Windows Event logs.
Not happening with earlier releases installed on other PCs.

Hi Neil,
Acronis Backup 12.5 Update 2 (builds 8850) has been tested on Windows 10 Fall Creators update (1709) before the release and there were no similar issues discovered in it, so the problem should be specific to particular machine rather than a common one. It makes sense to investigate it by contacting our support team. Remember to capture the system report from the affected machine (see https://kb.acronis.com/content/58301).

Thanks Vasily,
I've put a couple of safeguards in place (i.e. auto restarting the MMS service on demand) I'll monitor the situation and contact support if the issue persists.
