TIH 2011: invasive ACRONIS RECOVERY panel!

Hi,
I've just upgraded TIH 2010 to 2011.
Now I have an invasive (and useless for my use) ACRONIS RECOVERY panel whenever you right click->Properties on a file, as shown in this screenshoot.

Furthermore, after the installation (and this ACRONIS RECOVERY panel should be the culprit), the Properties panel is bigger than it was before. As you can see in the screenshoot, the internal windo is smaller than the outside window and you can't resize it.

Please could you help me?
This is a really annoying problem.
