My friend cannot log in to the forum to ask a question. He CAN log to his Acronis Account but when the information gets transferred over to the forum log in it will not work. He has registered at least one of the many ATIH products he has used over the years, the registration was successful. Since there is no phone support how is he supposed to get things sorted out so he can log in? I hesitate to send any of his personal information such as email to the forum. What to do? We both depend on Acronis for our backup needs and have always been pleased with the product. Thank you very much!
