Backup Job Stuck at 0%

Thread needs solution

Hi There,

 

I am running the backup job. This job backup CCTV video files to disk and then replicate the backup to Tapes. For some reason , the backup job is now stuck at 0%. There are no error message, no log for the job. The job is stuck at 0% for more than 14 hours. I have tried canceling and restarting the job but the result is same. Acronis Backup version is 11.7 and it is running on Windows Server 2012. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Typically such issues should be investigated with help from our support team. You can also check the \ProgramData\Acronis\ServiceProcess\logs\ contents on the machine running the agent which performs the task to check the logs from the backup operation which might give some more clues.

Please share contact details of Support Team. I am unable to get it from my account. The Serial number is registered with a different account which I do not have any information about.

You should log under your current Acronis account (at account.acronis.com) and submit a licensing-related question from https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/contact-us/ (to migrate licenses from old account for example):
