After re-installation of ATI 2016 6595 ATI started minimized and unable to continue
We have 3 Windows 10 PC at version 1709 build 16299.248. Two PCs run ATI 2016 6595 without any problem. On the 3 rd PC, after installation of ATI 2016 6595, ATI automatic minimized to the Task Bar.
You can not maximize the program. Change the Program Property to start up maximize and it still start up minimized. You can use the Task View and see that it is ask you to sign in Acronis.com to activate the license. You can not activate the license unless you have the program in foreground in Normal Windows or Maximize mode.
We have uninstalled Norton Security Suite, uninstall and reinstall ATI 2016 6595 and it did not help!
Do I have to run the Clean Up utility?
Any suggestion will be appreciate!

Thanks Steve! Yes, this is a strange problem. I have used Acronis TrueImage over 12 years and this is my first reported problem. I have over 40+ licenses in various sites including two Windows servers. Acronis have serve us well!
I have done the un-install and re-install twice on this machine. The strange thing is that it installed successfully and when you start the app it ask for license agreement but the program never return the standard Acronis User Interface like Backup, Tools, Help, etc! You can not maximize the screen. But if you use the Task View, it is see the program clearly ask you to activate the license using the browser. But it is not in the fore ground, it simply sit there!
I ran virus and malware scanning software from MalwareBytes, SuperAntiSpyware, TDSSKiller, HitMan Pro, Adwcleaner, etc. No indication of infection. If the Clean Up Utility does not resolve the issue, I'll try the True Image 2018!
Once more, Thanks, Steve!

Martin, one further thought on this strange problem. Are you able to create a new User Profile and try the install & activation from that? It is possible that the problem comes from an issue with the current profile being used?
