True Image 2018 won't install
Ok this is giving me a headache,
Out of 3 computers (two laptops and one desktop) It will only install on one computer. The other laptop and my desktop it keeps coming back with this error.
Installation had Failed. Fatal Error During Installation.
What could be causing this.
I tried everything I could think of. Including disabling Norton all together. Running the file as an Administrator. Still no luck
Any Ideas?

Hello Titus,
Welcome to Acronis forums! Try the following solution
* Check if the below keys are present in registry, if the keys are not present you need to create them manually
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\{E7F904D5-83DE-43F6-8EF5-9443DF243CFA}
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\{E7F904D5-83DE-43F6-8EF5-9443DF243CFA}
* If the keys are present, grant full access to both the keys to Everyone
1) Right click on : E7F904D5-83DE-43F6-8EF5-9443DF243CFA
2) Click on "Permissions"
3) Advanced
4) Click on change as shown in the screenshot : https://www.howtogeek.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/wrp_3.png
5) Type "Everyone" Do not check the box "Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object
6) Click on "OK"
7) Select the user (Everyone) and give full control as shown in the screenshot: https://www.howtogeek.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/wrp_5.png
Then re-attempt the installation. If the issue persists, please attach the installation log to the thread.
Thank you!

Thanks for the help, before I got the reply I disabled rollback in windows which did allow it to install it still claimed that if failed but the software worked loaded and made a backup with no issues and on the other computer I was able to clone a drive for an SSD upgrade. I did go back into both computers and check that in the registry and it was a permission issue once I changed the ownership of that registry and set it to everyone for full control. I was able to reinstall it without any errors.
I did notice one thing Out of 4 computers if failed on two and both of those computers that failed has IObit's Advanced system care installed. The other two did not.
