Summary of all backup-nodes/tasks

Hello together

I got a (hopefully little) question about logging in the cloudportal of Acronis. In total we manage over 150 nodes of different users in our backup cloud (cloud.acronis.com).

Is there a way to get a total summary of all passed backup-tasks? In best case to see which hosts processed the backup with a error/without an error and so on. It's annoying to use the notification email for orientation.

Im thankfull for every idea, also third party solutions with an integration of acronis is acceptable.

Regarding total summary of passed backup tasks, could you please clarify what level of information do you seek and how would that help your goals? In other words, what would you like to see in such a summary report?

If you have tried the "Daily report of active alerts", what would you like to add to that functionality to fulfill your goal?

 

On a side-note, when the Acronis Data Cloud 7.7 is release (rather soon), you will be able to generate flexible reports of your likings, including a summary of statuses to date.

We set the option to send us a daily report to the mailaddress of the cloudadministrator. The goal is to simplify this into one single file including all clients managed by our admin.

Currently we receive a daily report of each single client and its really hard to overlook which errors are still persistent after a couple of days. In many errors/warnings the reason of the message that the file is opened and locked by the operating system of one of our employees or a customer. The day after the error does not show up anymore.

A singe daily report including all customers status can be very usefull for us and would give us some options. I just wonder if there is something like that or if we can achieve this with the given options.

Ramon, this will be possible with update 7.7 of the whole Acronis Data Cloud platform with the all new Dashboards and reports. Updates are planned to be rolled out soon, all service providers are notified with a week in advance of the release.

If you had a chance to participate in Beta, you could have a look at what new reports could bring.
