Acronis Snap Deploy 5 - random bug on deployment sometimes deploy failed without log

Thread needs solution

Hello,

In my conpagny we use Acronis Snap Deploy 5 build 1749, and sometimes deployment start but fails on some laptop/tablet, but some continu deploying.

It happens with Q702 Fujitsu Siemens tablet.

The Snap Deploy tools is installed on a Windows 2008 R2 server, with local network only. We use a DGS 1210 24 DLINK switch.

Multicast is activated, I tried different TTL and now I use 1.

My DHCP lease time is 40 minutes. Deployment takes about 30 minutes.

I'm capturing my ".tib" image with the Snap Deploy Image Creator. My ".tib" image is 121giga large.

And we use PXE server.

If you have any idea where I can find more information than the "Log viewer"?

Thanks you,

Regards

Jordan

Same here with new HP Elite x2 1012 G2 Laptops/Tablets. Can boot with Acronis PXE Server and create an Image, but can't deploy an Image when starting the agent, it says "No network interfaces are available".

Snap Deploy is installed on Windows Server 2016 with local network and DHCP-Server.

I don't know what to do.

Hello,

Recreate your PXE server configuration and take care to fill the good deployment server ip address.

Check your Bios configuration :

 - maybe disable Wifi.

 - Disable secure-boot and activate legacy support.
