"Nothing to back up"
Hi, since May 10 my Acronis True Image (I have a subscription for the 1TB cloud version) back-up is not backing up anymore. It keeps on trying, but after it starts connecting to the cloud I quickly get a message "The last back up has stopped. It will be restarted at …. Nothing to back up". (note that the actual message is in Dutch.
There should however be plenty to back-up, because every day some files are changed or added. What is happening? I have already reinstalled the program (both the latest and the version before that), tried to add new things to back up and ultimately deleted all my back ups etc. After just adding a tiny new folder with only a few files it is incapable of backing up. The files which should be backed up are on a normal HDD in my desktop, and they are also synced without issues to OneDrive.
My system is a Windows 10 Pro (April 2018 update) system, but when the program mentions me to check for a solution (after it acknowledges an error) it brings me to a page for a Mac: https://kb.acronis.com/content/60974
Are there any suggestions here in how to make the backups work again? At this moment all my backups are gone and the program is useless to me.

Hi Steve, thanks for responding!
Herewith my log for trying to backup a random folder from my OneDrive to the cloud, it tries to back-up each minute now, see below.
I have also tried as you said to backup to a USB drive instead, but after some errors it tells me to have completed, but that is not the case (only a 2kb file on the drive, quite some errors).
After some searching here I concluded that OneDrive is causing these issues, as a regular other folder is not having the same issues and works as intended. I do however still want to backup the same info as I daily use in my OneDrive to a safer and encrypted environment, so it will have to work. It did work prior to the April 2018 update.

Please see the sticky post in the 2018 forum about issues related to backing up OneDrive folders. This is a known problem caused by changes introduced by Microsoft with Files on Demand in OneDrive.
