Acronis Cloud backup speed reduced?

Hi - I normally see backup speeds of about 10 Mbps from my Acronis Cloud backups on my Mac. This week's incremental backup is only backing up at a maximum of 1.3 Mbps. I verified using speedtest.net that I still have a 10Mbps upload from my ISP. Is something wrong with Acronis Cloud?  Or is Acronis now throttling backup bandwidth?

Hi, the same thing is happening with my cloud backup.  The first time it was around 30Mbps and now its taking forever at 1.2Mbps.

Hello Everyone,

First of all, I'd try changing the Network settings for backup and the Data upload speed to Maximum. Additionally make sure no other apps are consuming the network bandwidth. 

If you still experience issues with backup to Cloud, please raise a support ticket at https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/contact-us/ so hat our engineers can conduct the more in-depth investigation. My colleagues will likely ask you to share the following information for the further analysis:

- Screenshots of the Network settings in the product
- Online backup folder:  

  • Windows: %allusersprofile%\Acronis\TrueImageHome\OnlineBackup
    %allusersprofile%\Acronis\SyncAgent\OnlineBackup (in case of Cloud Sync issues).
  • Mac: /Library/Application Support/Acronis/TrueImageHome/OnlineBackup
