I'm currently using Snap Deploy 3.0 (build 3329).

I have successfully created an image on my deployment server. When I PXE boot a machine the Snap Deploy Management Console sees the machine, I setup the installation template for a manual deployment, and when I click the last finish box I get the above error message. When I try to redo the deployment I even get the above error message when I get to get to Manage Deployment.

Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition Service Pack 2

Any ideas?

I have the same problem. The boot CD doesn't not have NIC drivers for the Dell E6510. Please send me the link for the fix. I am using Windows 7.

Dave, it looks like the issue is related to some glitch in the network settings or bootable components doesn't connect properly. In order to localise the issue I will send you the update for the bootable media alongside with the instructions. Should the issue persist after the update, please gather the following information: 

  1. OS Deployment Logs
  2. Wireshark

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
