True Image 2018 freezes during startup

Thread needs solution

I get a "trueimage.exe is not responding" message about halfway through the applying user settings process. Tried rebooting several times with no luck.

Try logging into your Acronis account via the application interface if possible.  You might have to wait for an extended time period for the Not Responding message to clear.

You can also attempt this via the WEB on the Support site.

Depending on where you live and what Cloud servers you are using can have an impact here too.  If the application cannot connect with the Cloud severs readily then such messages can show up.

Another possibility is that the installation is corrupted. Try downloading the full installer from your Acronis account, then run the installer and select "repair".
