Booting from the Acronis Rescue media in UEFI mode I am out to make a SSD clone that does not give a Windows Boot Manager Boot Fail
This KB message tell's me to expect "Starting ... UEFI Loader" is displayed or "Starting Acronis Loader" is displayed
The first UEFI which my bios mode is, or Legacy BIOS/CSM boot mode
I see no choices none of this.
I go straight into a Windows so how am i to know what's up my bios said UEFI

Your screenshot looks to be that of the Linux based media. Is that what you created? Did you create the media on a flash drive or a CD?
When you select the created media to boot for a UEFI system you should see UEFI in the name of the media you select. If you boot in Legacy/CSM mode then the UEFI will not appear in the name of the media.
So, since you are booting the media on a UEFI booted computer look for UEFI in the name of the boot media and your all set.

I used the Simple Rescue Media Builder method and this is how it turned out. In the end the clone method didn't like the winpe or some such thing. I used the Samsung Data Migration and tomorrow I will see how that took.

Tom, this looks to be duplicating our discussion in topic: Cloning Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro with 6 visible and 1 hidden partitions totaling 7

You could have performed the same clone task by using the Windows installed version of TI that you did with the Samsung Data Migration. Both tools work in a similar manner. The main difference being that the TI version works with any brand drive whereas the Samsung version must have a Samsung brand drive in the mix or it will not work.
