mounting tibx problem
I can browse tibix from explorer ( but i don't see size of backup- is empty).
When I want to mount tibx (rigt click) After mount, there is a message that disc is not formatted.
and after this when i try to browse tibix directly, I have only blank screen and waiting (also other tibx).
I have to restart computer to could start browse directly again

validation from acronis console of backup is ok.
Ican't now get the error message because server makes backups but was is just that the drive after mount is not formatted and question to format or no.

Difficult to suggest without the exact text of the displayed error. Having the error code I can look for it in our internal sources. Anyway, formatting the drive means that all data on it will be wiped. I'd start with checking the drive for errors/bad sectors and if the issue persists it will be helpful to see a couple of screenshots illustrating your actions and the resulting error.
