Hi,I am a beginner,and I want to learn the basic knowledge of TIH2011 before I buy it. Now I don't know the differences between addons and plus pack and how to get the addons. So could somebody tell me? Thanks so much.

The Plus Pack adds support for Dynamic Disks, Universal Restore, and building a WinPE-based rescue CD. The Plus Pack must be purchased. More information can be found here.

By "addons" I assume you mean the BartPE and SafeMedia plugins. These are free with your purchase and available to download from your Acronis account. The BartPE plugin allows you to add TI to a BartPE build. The SafeMedia version of the rescue media is DOS-based instead of Linux-based.
