Hello Jörg,

First of all, I would suggest you update to the latest build 11010.

You can find the installation file in your Acronis account on https://account.acronis.com/#/products

Secondly, please re-add the SFTP-storage following the instructions and check whether you can connect to the SFTP-server in Windows without Acronis to exclude connectivity issues. You can use WinSCP for that. https://winscp.net/eng/download.php

If the connection works properly, please create a new subfolder on your NAS or share and try adding it as a backup destination.

If the issue still reproduces, please submit a support ticket for further analysis.
