Why can we not have a little better housekeeping?

Thread needs solution

I think the "Acronis True Image Home Forum" should be subdivided into more folders. Whenever I try to find any information specific to, say, ATI 11, or ATI 2010, or ATI 2011, why is it useful or necessary to look among this terrible jungle of issues about ALL existing versions of Acronis True Image Home Forum?

There is even a thread named "Acronis True Image Home Wish List", with no further specification of which version each wish is relevant to... Are all those wishes equally relevant to ALL existing versions of ATI Home?

By the same token, when I need to look for issues related to my current version of ATI (2011, build 5519) why do I need to meander through all that mumble-jumble of hundreds (if not thousands) of posts that all they have in common is they all are part of Acronis True Image Home!

Is there any sensible explanation for this?

A long time user of Acronis getting a little frustrated.

Personally, I wouldn't like the Home forum split up. Tracking is hard enough now. Also, if you browse the different forums, you would see that many users already post in the wrong forum. TI Home posts in the business forum, for example. I think if there were different forum sections for each TI version users would still post in the wrong forums and each one would become a tangle.

I like your idea Lin Yu seems logical to me, but unfortunately as Mudcrab says, people manage to get confused or just don't pay attention with the forum choices as it is.

For some of your needs, before searching, look inside my index. I try add some of the more frequent uses. The Index is "Grovers Guides" and located along left margin of this web page.
