Error 0x135003d: Command has failed. Command=Backup plan 'Backup to Storage';

Thread needs solution

Dear support colleagues,

 

I installated agent on centos 6 and 7 operation system , but cannot connect to local backup management server.

below is the error code.

I set up on Windows 10 , MacSO  ,Debian and Ubuntu successfully .

we already go through below document:

 

 

Below is the centos6 version using "cat /proc/version":

Hello Rickon,

looks like a DNS issue, try to add the IP address and the name of the management server to vi /etc/hosts as described here https://kb.acronis.com/content/60505
