An Invalid Index has been specified

Thread needs solution

I get this error on about a dozen machines now, when trying to add them to the management console.

Is anyone else getting this problem?

Please make sure that you are using the latest build of Acronis Backup and Recovery Advanced Workstation (#11105). If the build number differs from the latest one, please download and install the latest build. You can learn more on how to download the latest build here.

Try to specify the computer using the IP address instead of the computer name.

If nothing helps, please obtain the below information and create an e-mail request or contact Live chat service available on this page, under Contact us click on the Start here button and follow the step-by-step guide.

1. Download the file;
2. Run the downloaded file on the remote computers and on the computer with Management Console installed.
The gathered information will be put in adv_report.zip in the same folder, where the AcronisInfo was saved.
Running AcronisInfo may take up to 5 minutes.
