Acronis True Image 2011 will not delete last backup in Acronis secure Zone !! WHY
Have just upgraded to the latest Build, went to do a backup but its just says that there is not enough space in ASZ , I do have it set to delete the oldest, so I had to delete it manually before I could backup, of course this is no good when you set up a schedule, anyone know why this is happening ??
Surely someone on here must know !! I have contacted Acronis but they are as much help as a wet week all they sent me was a standard stock reply from there literature which did not address the problem at all.
I have the feeling they don't have a clue why its happening.....................
Think I will go and find another program I did try out Paragon on my old laptop and it worked great and it was free.
I have been using ATI since 2007 and like a fool I always upgraded to the new upgrade
Don't let it worry you, I get the same same backing up onto another ordinary drive never mind ASZ and in my case it just writes a new full version win an oncreasingly lage number on the end. If you have v 2010 just re-install that until Acronis get themselvers sorted out. By thenm they will no doubt have brought out another version with even more problems.
