ok, I am really emotion right now,

I have used ATIH 2009/2010/2011 so far, and bought all of them, such a waste,
they just never get any function stable enough,
casual backup just for upgrade my disk to larger one? yap, it works.
but on real life scenario?
screw up his own schedule? yes
screw up backup with wrong file naming schema? yes
screw up backup format, really low performance with consolidating? yes
screw up program work flow, that cancel any working progress could lead to another trouble? yes
screw up samba file locking? yes
I can't see they have done any in depth test for their own product,
it can even failed entire backup chain just because I canceled a backup on progress with it's own "Cancel" button then I have to recreate the schedule.

I have really waste enough money and time with support mail that never truly solve those issue on this pretty look product for years,
now I am moving to Norton Ghost, farewell, Acronis True Image Home.

For ATIH 2011 I think you're right! Present build 5519 is totally unusable. Present build af ATIH 2010 is quite ok, I think. And Acronis support really can't help, but what should they answer in case of a f*ing bad program (ATIH 2011)?

ATIH2010: Started Task for creating a SecureZone and Acronis Recovery Manager. A Box appears "A Restart has to be done", clicked on restart... Windows begins shutting down... then a tray icon appears telling me that the task is in progress... pc restarts telling me: NO OPERATING SYSTEM FOUND.... WTF!?!?!?
