HELP HELP - Chat not working

Thread needs solution

When I enter my info into the chat request - it errors and says City is incorrect.  I DON'T see a City on the form.

Also, I understand chat for some things but for complicated things, like the info from this thread: http://forum.acronis.com/forum/3932 - a person should be able to fill out a form and include the attachments.  Especially when we have to pay for support to figure out the bugs in your software.

Could you please provide me with the additional details regarding this issue? Exact web site address you're using to access the Chat, screen shot of the error message would be really helpful.

Regarding the attachments - attachments can be sent via e-mail. You can submit an e-mail support case via web form on our site or it can be created by Chat operator if necessary.

Sorry Michael that I didn't reply sooner. I think it was a problem just that day because I was able to chat later.
