Thread needs solution

Recently upgraded from version 11.5 to  11.7 11.7.50256 

Backup result says Failed

Receiving the following error message -

 

Command 'Running backup plan 'SBSBackup_20181113'' has failed.

Thank you for your posting! Please refer to the article Acronis Backup: backup fails with "Failed to Connect to the Process". Should the issue persist, I'd  recommend contacting Acronis support team for investigation.
