Not able to update to version 14610 on PC

I have an ATI 2019 subscription. The version that installed when I purchased the subscription last week is 14110 and it refuses to update to the latest version 14610 for Windows automatically. I am only offered the MAC version if I try to update manually. How can I get this update?

Thank you - I now have the update.
I was under the impression that ATIH 2019 checks for updates automatically and advises me when they are available. This did not happen for this update. I have checked the box to have the product check for updates at start-up - what else do I need to do?

There is an issue currently with the auto update feature. It should be solved in the short term.

Auto update is now working for me and is now offering build #14690 (rather than 14610) - duly updated this afternoon (UK time).

Auto update is now working here in Canada.
I note that the release notes for 14690 are identical to those for 14610.
Thanks to everyone for your responses and assistance.

Acronis is currently offering an update from version 23.3 to 23.4, however when I go to run it on my Mac, it says it can not downgrade my version of this software for Security Reasons.

Ryan, that sound very much like an issue to raise via a Support Ticket with Acronis!

Ryan, this is an error in our live update server. We are fixing it currently.
Please, download the new build in your account: account.acronis.com - Downloads.
This way it would be possible to install it.
