Deactivate old PC

Thread needs solution

I use the subscription service TrueImage 2019 on three laptops.  I replaced one, so went to the account management webpage to deactivate the old laptop so I could activate on the new laptop.  When clicking on "Manage" the names of the computers appears for a fleeting instant and then disappears.  Reproduced it on two different computers, each on two different browsers.

Anyone else had a similar problem and hopefully you have some hints on how to get it done?

I've raised a ticket, but ...

If someone can at least confirm or deny that the same problem occurs on their machine, all the better.

Kerry, looks like Acronis have a problem on their website - just tried clicking on Manage for my own subscription and get the same blank panel when using the latest Mozilla Firefox browser!
