Yana,
Please help! I had requested that you send me the updated PXE modules via PM in a previous post, but by the time I came back to find the message in my inbox, the links had expired. I sent a reply to your message last week, but have not yet heard back.
If you could please send the instructions and links to the files again, it would be most helpful.
Thanks very much!

I'm also having the NIC detection problem with both the Master Image Creator and the Snap Deploy on an Optiplex 380. Could one of the moderators please provide me with the information on how to update the PXE components to correct this issue.
Thanks

Background info: Not using PXE, using the latest build (3329), capturing image directly to server, deploying with Snap Deploy Agent
I'm trying to create a master image from a Optiplex 980 and the NIC is not recognized.
I also have tried deploying an image to this computer and it too doesn't recognize the NIC.
I'm in desperate need to fix this. Is there a way that i can customize a boot disk with the proper NIC driver? Any help would be great.

Hello,
I am trying the demo of Snap v3. I have created the bootable ISO creation disk and the new Dell computers we are using do not have network drivers.
Dell Optiplex 960 and Dell Latitude 6510.
I tried contacting support but there is no phone number and when try to email support is says "We don’t have a valid registration of your trial product, see KB Article for details.", but I clearly do have the trial and am using it. Please assist.
We need this product to work in order for us to even purchase it.
Thanks.

Hello. I'm evaluating Snap Deploy 3 for my HP 8540p rollout, and I'm experiencing the same problems as the other forum posters. Specifically, my NIC (Intel 82577LM gigabit) is not being recognized when booting up from a bootable CD. Could you please provide links/directions on downloading the latest iso that contains the drivers, as mentioned in this thread? Thank you.

Anton, we too are trying to use Snap Deploy 3 for my our Lenovo T410 laptops, and are experiencing the same problems as the other forum posters. Specifically, the Intel 82577LM NIC is not being recognized when booting from the PXE server. Could you please PM me as well with the steps to fix/update the PXE component too? If I boot from the CD, it detects it correctly, but not when attempting to use PXE.
Thanks!

Hello Anton/ Yana,
I am booting using PXE. It loads as though everything is fine, but when I reach the point regarding NIC properties, it is all blank and I cannot adjust or see anything. Can you please send me the directions on how to update the PXE for Lenovo ThinkPad T410i and L412?

Dear Walker Information!
Thank you for your comment, and for keeping us posted, we really appreciate it.
There are are several possible reasons for the reboot of the Agent machine:
- Lack of licenses in the License Server
- Fault network connectivity
In order to solve the issue we need to localise the cause. Please gather:
- OS Deploy Server logs
- Deployment Agent logs
- Wireshark
- Screenshot of License Server
After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Dear Anton and Yana
Everyone has the same issue and you send the instructions to them by private message. Maybe it will be easy if you will open a new post with these instructions?:) It will be easy for you and for other people. Or the best way to fix this issue and make a new version for download:)
Thank you!

Hello Rustam and Alfredo,
Thank you very much for your comments.
I am sorry for any inconvenience but unfortunately it will not be possible to provide these links openly.
However, we are planning on releasing a new build for Acronis Snap Deploy 3 which will have most of the hardware issues addressed and it will be unnecessary to update the bootable components manually.
Please let me know if you have additional questions.
Thank you.

many thanks for the instructions. The Acer TravelMate 5740G works fine but the TravelMate 7740G has the same problem as before.

Hello,
We're having the same issues with onboard Intel NIC on Q57 boards not being detected, I have already asked in another thread for the updated PXE components to be PM'ed but have not had a response. Please could one of the support staff, send over the details on the PXE bootable component updates?
Thank you,

Hello Werner and Mark!
Thank you for your comments!
Dear Werner, in case the solution didn't help, please gather Acronis Linux Report from the PXE server and send it to the support directly. This information will help us to localize the issue, and add the required drivers.
Dear Mark, thank you for your comment. I will send you the instructions via Private Message in a minute. Please, let us know whether the issue remains.
Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Why are the instructions being distributed via PM and not just posted in the thread?
I have the same problems with any equipment made this decade. specifically Lenovo T410, T410s, T510, W700, X301.

wow, i dont know why it just spammed that post. I really only wanted it to appear once.

I agree; this is absurd.
If there is a fix, just post it to the forum and then I would be busy imaging machines instead of waiting on a PM... the last thing I need a forum for is to read 4 pages of "I'll PM the fix to you" instead of the answer.
I'm having the same problems with Lenovo T510, A70 and M90p.
Also, seconding the point that this is an old issue, why hasn't it been fixed already?
So please, post the answer and let's be done with this. Or PM it to me and I'll post it so everyone doesn't have to wait on you.
