Dell 7490 unable to be seen on Acronis Server v. 1761

Hello, 

I am trying to create a master image off our Dell 7490 laptops. They are Win 10 Enterprise OS. I am using Acronis v. 1761. I have deployed the remote agent successfully and I do see both Acronis services running on the laptop that I am using to try to create a master from. The problem is, the Acronis server does not see the laptop by the IP it is using. I have tried to give the laptop different IP's, tried to remove and reinstall the agent, confirmed the agent version is correct, pinged the machine from the server, checked all firewalls, rebooted all machines etc, but the server cannot see the machine. Any assistance on how I can get the server to see these machines would be appreciated. Thanks
