I cant see my Acronis True Image backup
i am using windows 10 and acronis 2014 from usb thumb drive
i tried to back up partition C and save the back up image in folder in partition F , and i marked on restart computer when the operation is done which what happened...but after the restart i saw that no amount of space is lost in partiton F so i restarted my computer then i noticed that 10 Giga is lost but when i tried to see the back up image i could not see it
so i tried to restart and shut down the pc..but still i could not see the back up image
so i deleted the folder which should contain the image and restarted and shut down the pc but still there is 10G of image which that back up image does not show
so i tried to disable the fast startup in windows and made my pc to shut down then i removed the battery and the power cable
but after the computer started i still could not see the back up image which taken 10 Giga from partition F
i also can not see the back up image from acronis after booting from the thumb drive
so how can i see the back up image or regain 10 giga back?

Thanks Steve ..Problem solved
when i was in the Acronis window i was looking for the back up image with tib extension but when i made it to show all files i found a folder with the name : found.000 which contain a file with extension .chk and with 10 Giga size ,so i deleted it from Acronis and restarted my pc and i regained my lost space again
after that i inserted the Acronis thumb drive and restarted my PC then pressed F9 to enter the boot menu then i created a new back up image ...after the operation is complete and the computer restarted ...this time i saw the back up image in F partition
but to avoid any longer mistakes i need your help in some questions
1-Is it necessary to disable the fast startup in windows 10 before taking a back up image?
2-The thumb drive which contain Acronis ..before i burn Acronis to it . What kind of format should i apply FAT32 or NTFS ?
3-Before taking a back image ..should the PC being off (shut down) then i press the power button then F9 to enter to the boot menu ..Or while the PC is working i perform a restart then enter to the boot menu
4-After Acronis create the back up image ..should i mark on restart or shut down
Sorry Sorry for all this questions and Sorry also for my English ..and thanks a lot for your help

A1. No, not necessary to disable Windows Fast Startup if making a backup from Windows using the ATI application. If you are going to use the USB Rescue Media, then ensure you do a full shutdown of Windows by pressing & holding the Shift key while clicking on Shutdown.
A2. The USB thumb drive must be in FAT32 format to be bootable & used for rescue media.
A3. The majority of my PC backup images are created using the Windows ATI application and have been fine for all recovery etc.
A4. You would only need to shutdown or restart if making a backup from the rescue media, or else not intending to use the PC further after the backup.
