mounting an image, I lost drive space

Thread needs solution

I am using TI home version 9
Last night I used it to mount an image to my hard drive (250 gb)

not sure what I did wrong, but the image mounted and now my hard drive show as only having a capacity of 66 GB I assume the rest of the drive space is floating around somwwhere as unallocated space,

what did I do wrong so that I can mount the image again with the correct paramters and get all the hard drive space back?

I am using xp pro

Thanks

Did you open TrueImage and choose the unmount option?
If the above does not help, would you mind posting a picture of your Window Disk Mangement graphical view of your hard drive showing the unallocated space.

Any chance you have been experimenting with the Secure Zone option?

No I didnt unmount, I have never used unmount before and never had this problem, and no I didnt go near secure zone

So the question is what do I need to do get all my unallocated space back to c drive and re install tib backup without creating unallocated space?

Thanks so much

Would you open the program and check to see if unmounting is a current option?

What version of Windows?
