Backup fails - access restrictions?
On my iMac with macOS 10.14.2, Acronis True Image 2018 (latest update) works without problems.
But on my Mac Mini (same OS, same Acronis version), it seems I cannot perform backups any more since I upgraded to macOS Mojave.
I already granted access to Acronis True Image in "Security", but it still doesn't work.
Main problem from the log file seems to be this part:
"2018-12-31T20:13:31:349+01:00 4623267264 E00170810: Error 0x170810: Auflisten von Verzeichnis 'Macintosh HD:/Library/Application Support/com.apple.TCC/' ist fehlgeschlagen. Es ist möglicherweise beschädigt oder existiert nicht, überprüfen Sie das Laufwerk auf Fehler."
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Answers in German or English please, thank you very much. :-)

Hi Ekaterina, I have just tried this, but it didn't resolve the problem. Any other ideas please?
Cheers, Zorny

Hello Ekaterina, are you there? ;-) Can you help me to get Acronis True Image running in my Mac Mini please?

Hello Zorny,
sorry to know the workaround didn't help. I'm afraid the only further step I can suggest in this case would be testing a trial version of Acronis True Image 2019. macOS 10.14 Mojave is officially supported only starting with Acronis True Image 2019. Some users get it to work as in the discussion I shared earlier, but we cannot guarantee the full functioning on the unsupported configurations though.
