Moving Acronis True Image 2019 3 PC from old compute to new computer.
I purchased "Acronis True Image 3 PC" on my old computer. I uninstalled it on my old computer and installed it on a new computer I purchased. I then uninstalled it once again and returned the new computer for yet another computer that I have not installed Acronis on as yet.
How do I move the license from the old computer to the new computer? Also, how do I delete the two old computerS from the "work station" screen?
Once I get done, will I still have "2 PC's available to install Acronis True Image 2019 onto?

Ian,
I don't believe I am using the "subscription based" version of "Acronis True Image 2019 3 PC"?? I installed the 2018 version off a CD, and upgrade for FREE to the "Acronis True Image 2019 3 PC" version.
I have included 2 files to show you what I see when I log into my Acronis account. The second file shows what I see when I click on the "WORKSTATION" button. Both of the computers that are displayed have been uninstalled and I have yet to install Acronis True Image 2019 on my new computer.
My questions are:
#1. How do I remove/delete these old computers from the Acronis website and free up the 3 PC licenses?
#2. Once I remove these I assume I will be able to install and activate Acronis on my new HP Envy laptop?
#3. After I install Acronis on my new HP Envy laptop will I still have 2 licenses left for 2 other PC's? (I really don't
plan on installing 2 additional PC)
Thanks for you help...
Pat Murphy

Pat, your first screen image simply shows how many PC's your product is licensed for, i.e. 3 - there are no options on that panel to manage which PC's have been allocated a license.
Your second screen image does allow you to remove the entries shown if those resources are offline - you should be able to click on the gear cog icon on the right side and take an option to delete the unwanted entries. This has nothing to do with licensing, only shows that backups were created for those systems shown in the dashboard.
The process for moving licenses to a different computer is described in KB 61162: Acronis True Image 2019: "You've exceeded the maximum number of activations for this serial number"
You cannot just 'free' up an allocated license, but you can move it to a new computer by following the steps outlined in the above KB document after installing ATI on that new computer.

Steve,
I was able to install "Acronis True Image 2019 3 PC" on my new HP Envy laptop without getting the error in the KB document you pointed me too. However; this is now the 3rd PC that I have installed "Acronis True Image 2019 3 PC" on. As I indicated in my earlier append I uninstalled Acronis from the other two PC before I got rid of them.
Does this mean I do not have access to the other 2 licenses anymore? Since I did not get the error, I don't have access to the steps in the KB document. There is a chance I could want to install Acronis on another machine sometime in the future, but it may be quite some time from now.
The option in the KB document that most fits my position is " Move the license to your new computer from another one on which the product is already activated. To do this, select the computer from which you want to move the license. Note that Acronis True Image will be deactivated on that computer " However; I don't have the earlier PC's anymore??? Is there another way to "deactivate" Acronis on the earlier 2 computers I no longer have??? Or do I even have too?

Pat, currently you are still within the scope of your license for 3 PC's hence haven't seen the error message shown in the KB document. When you want to install on a further PC that error will be given and you will then be able to select one of the decommissioned PC's to move the license from to your new one. You do not need to still have the old PC to do this.
You said earlier that you had uninstalled ATI from the old PC's before getting rid of them, so there is no issue here you need to worry about.
