Error by connecting to a storage node

Hello

I receive an error message when I cerate a new backup on a server. I connect to this server from the AMS. The error indicate exact after clicking "ok" on the backup destination window. To select the central backup place is no problem. The window shows all information correctly. But clicking "ok" shows the error.
I enclosed the message as pdf. Unfortunately I cannot find a similar error in the knowledge base.
Basically everything works good. Selecting the central storage place who is connected on the storage node from every other server and all clients makes no problem.
I cannot find a difference from the configuration on servers. Windows firewall is off.
My first language is German. So every answers in German will be no problem. I‘m sorry for my Englisch...

There can be several reasons for this issue, and in order to solve the problem, we need to localise one. Could you please gather Acronis Info from the problem machine, and submit a support request with the information attached.
